Feeling Good
Hey everyone. Sorry it's been a while since I've checked in. I've been feeling very good lately on the mound which has been encouraging. I'm hoping to build on that and make the most of what is left of this season. Also, my last two outings I've worn my Oakley prescription glasses and they have worked out well. So at least seeing the signs won't be an issue anymore, haha. There have been more than a few requests for pictures in the new specs. Not sure if there are any out there yet. I'll work on that. I'm always open for new blog ideas so if you have any feel free to message me and or leave them as comments. As many of you know I'm really into music. So one thing I was thinking about doing was making mini playlists and sharing with everyone what I'll be listening to before each start. On that note, I'll leave you with what's about to play on my iTunes. Have a great night! Here I Am- UB40 Inside the Fire- Disturbed Far Behind- Candlebox Rebirthing- Skillet Riot- Three Days Grace

There are actually some pics online (not mine) of you pitching with the glasses. There's a gallery here: http://evizions.com/scranton/ with some good pics towards the middle.
I think they look good :-) The most important thing is they help with seeing the signs...I know from personal experience that even a slight prescription in glasses / contacts can make a pretty big difference.
As for the blogging, just keep being yourself and writing about what's important to you. I really like the insights you provide and how "real" you are.
Take care & good luck in your next start.

I would have sent you a message with this info but I don't see your e-mail address. Anyway, theres this website :
http://www.last.fm/
Basically, you download the "audio scrobbler" plug in for itunes (or whatever u use to play music) and it records what you listen to. Then they have these things you can put on your site (or in your case blog) where it will automatically show what was last played. It's really cool, if you need/want anymore info on it, heres my email address:
bronxbomber2k7@gmail.com
Heres my last.fm page:

If you add the app, add me as a friend dude

1) I thought you were supposed to be a power pitcher. But now, any time you don't have exacting control of all your pitches, you get torched. And last night, the beating comes at the hands of BY FAR THE WORST offense and team in the International League.
2) You have fallen SO far that your own franchise is now choosing Carl freakin' Pavano over you when they need a starter.
3) I don't know if you've noticed, but when it comes to AAA and the majors, your bad performances FAR outnumber your good ones. You pitching well is now the exception, not the rule. Perhaps you should go back to A ball or AA where your stuff is good enough to dominate hitters, because you are obviously not fooling anybody at the higher level... even the really bad teams are ripping you apart.

So I'm in college currently studying molecular biology but in all seriousness my calling in life is to be a bat girl for the Yankees. So if you can help me out with that I would really appreciate, my parents not so much. Good luck and I'm sure you'll be starting soon.

I don't know if this has been brought up before but have you ever seen the show "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia"? It's on FX but I didn't know about it until someone gave me the dvd's of seasons 1 & 2 recently. It has the same type of sick humor as Family Guy so it's a pretty awesome show. If you've never seen it you should check it out!
Take care : )

A lot of people think you should just stay at AAA for the rest of the season and get fully healthy and get ready for next year. I say if you are healthy I think it would be better for you to go back up to the majors and pitch so you can be better prepared for next season. How do you feel about this?
